1. Nature of Services

Krosdideal LLC provides business consulting and advisory services delivered digitally.
As such, no physical products are sold or shipped, and traditional returns do not apply.


2. No Return Policy

Because our services are intangible and delivered electronically:

  • We do not accept returns once a service has been delivered or started
  • By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of digital consulting services

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

βœ… The service has not yet been started
βœ… A request is made within 48 hours of purchase
βœ… No consultation, report, or advisory work has been delivered

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

❌ The service has already started
❌ Consultation has been provided (partially or fully)
❌ Work or deliverables have been sent
❌ Delay is caused by the client (lack of response, missing information, etc.)


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request if:

  • The cancellation is requested before work begins
  • Approval is granted by our team

Once a project has started, cancellation is not guaranteed.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension
  • We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery

6. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
